 I have had many invitations done at this company including my wedding, christening, and parents' anniversary. I can honestly say my only complaint is the amount of times they have switched locations. LOL I can never seem to find them.
The PDF sample they send you is scaled down to the exact size they will print the invitations. Chances are if your invitations were illegible they would have been illegible on the sample you approved for production. Did they tell you the font was too small or that you had too much wording? Also you choose your own ink colour so I would presume you picked one that too closely resembled the paper you selected. Did they voice their concern about this as well?
Like I said before I have dealt with this company quite a few times and referred some people and they didn't have any complaints.
